Has a post-doctoral experience at UFPA in bioactive compounds and biofuels derived from cyanobacteria. He has experience in (i) microbial molecular biology (ii) bioinformatic; (iii) biocorrosion; (iv) microbiomes. Currently is Chair of the Marie Curie Alumni Association (MCAA) Brazil Chapter Board.
