Leonardo Teixeira Dall’Agnol (UFMA/Bacabal)

Biologist, with a M.Sc. in Genetics and Molecular Biology and a PhD in Sustainable Chemistry by the Universidade Nova de Lisboa (2013) with a MSCA fellowship (BIOCOR ITN project). Has a post-doctoral experience at UFPA in bioactive compounds and biofuels derived from cyanobacteria. He has experience in (i) microbial molecular biology (ii) bioinformatic; (iii) biocorrosion; (iv) microbiomes. Currently is Chair of the Marie Curie Alumni Association (MCAA) Brazil Chapter Board.

Charlotte Grawitz (EURAXESS Brazil/Rio de Janeiro)

Economist specialized in development and has been working in Brazilian affairs since 2002. It represents EURAXESS in Brazil since its launch in February 2013, informing the community of European and non-European scientists based in Brazil (approximately 2700 members) on the funding and career opportunities that the European Research Area has to offer and being his first point of contact before his move to Europe.

Hivana Patricia Melo Barbosa Dall’Agnol (UFMA/São Luís)

Has a bachelor degree in Biomedicine, with a M.Sc. in Tropical Disease Pathology and a PhD in Genetics and Molecular Biology at Universidade Federal do Pará. She completed her postdoctoral studies at Universidade Nova de Lisboa (CAPES / FCT) in microbial biochemistry. Worked as an associate researcher at the Instituto Tecnológico Vale Desenvolvimento Sustentável (2013-2015). She has experience in molecular biology, genetics, genomics and microbial transcriptomics.

Pablo Henrique Gonçalves Moraes (UFMA/São Luís)

Biologist and physiotherapist, with a M.Sc. in Biology of Infectious and Parasitic Agents and PhD in Genetics and Molecular Biology at UFPA. He has experience in the diagnosis and molecular characterization of animal hemoparasitoses, Genetics and Molecular Biology of Microorganisms, besides developing researches with assembly, annotation and mining of genomes of Amazonian cyanobacteria and NGS (RNA-seq / Transcriptoma) technologies.

Mayara Ingrid Sousa Lima (UFMA/São Luís)

Biologist with a M.Sc. in Biotechnology in Health and Investigative Medicine and a PhD in Genetics and Biochemistry (Universidade Federal de Uberlândia). Coordinates the Research Group on Biotechnology and Genetics applied to health (BioGen), and the group PET Biologia UFMA. Has experience in the area of Genetics and Biotechnology, especially in the use of molecular and biotechnological methodologies in the development of diagnostic methods and vaccine in infectious diseases.

Livio Martins Costa Junior (UFMA/São Luís)

He holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Universidade do Estado do Maranhão, with a M.Sc. in Parasitology, a PhD from the University of Munchen (Ludwig-Maximilians) and Postdoctoral degree in USDA, United States (2014). He has experience in the field of Parasitology, with emphasis in Acarology and Helminthology, working mainly in the following subjects: Biology and Control of Ixodideos and Helminths.
